An Appeal to all Our Members

அன்பு உள்ளங்களே,

உங்களில் ஒருவனாக நான் உங்களிடம் சில நிகழ்வுகளை பகிர்ந்து கொள்ள விரும்புகிறேன். நான் உங்கள் ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் கடமைப்பட்டு இருக்கிறேன்.

நமது கிராட்டியூட் குழு ஆரம்பித்து 6 வருடங்கள் முடிந்து ஏழாவது வருடத்தில் பயணம் செய்து கொண்டு இருக்கிறோம். ஆலமரம் போல் தழைத்து நி்ற்கும் இந்த உன்னதமான குழுவின் சிறப்பான நடைமுறைக்கு தாங்கள் அனைவரும் இடைவிடாது அளித்து வரும் ஈடு இணையற்ற பங்களிப்பு. இந்த உன்னதமான கைங்கரியத்தின் தொடர் வெற்றிக்கு அடிப்படை காரணம் தாங்கள் அனைவரும் தாங்களாகவோ அல்லது விபரங்கள் அறிந்த பின்னரோ, தங்கள் அனைவரது கணக்கிலும் இந்த குழு கண்காணிப்பாளர்கள் கூறும் தொகையை நிரப்பி அதன் ஸ்திர தன்மையை பாதுகாப்பதால் தான். அப்படி இருந்தும் சில பல நண்பர்கள் அவர்களது தனிப்பட்ட காரணங்களால் தங்களது கணக்கை சரிவர பராமரிக்காமல் அதனால் தங்களது கணக்கில் பணம் எதுவும் இல்லாத ஒரு நிலையை அடைந்து விடுகிறார்கள். பலமுறை நினைவூட்டியும் அவர்களது கணக்கை பராமரிக்காமல் அப்படியே விட்டு விடுகின்றனர்.

நண்பர்களே,
நான் மறுபடி மறுபடி தாங்கள் அனைவரையும் தாழ்மையுடன் வேண்டிக் கொள்வது ஒன்றே ஒன்று தான். தாங்கள் அனைவரும் ஒன்றுகூடி ஒரு உன்னதமான மனித நேயத்துடன் கூடிய சமுதாய பணியை நிறைவேற்றி வருகிறீர்கள். சில பல மிகவும் நிரந்தரம் இல்லாத காரணங்களுக்காக இந்த உயரிய சமுதாய பணியில் பின் வாங்கி விடாதீர்கள். ஆனாலும் இந்த தற்காலிகமான ஏற்றத்தாழ்வுகள் அல்லது மன அமைதியின்மை, மன சோர்வு மற்ற ஏனைய காரணங்கள் நமது இந்த சமுதாய பணிக்கு தடைகல்லாக இருக்க கூடாது. இவற்றையெல்லாம் மனதில் கொண்டு தனிப்பட்ட கணக்குகள் சரிவர பராமரிக்கப்படவில்லை என்றால் அவர்களின் பங்களிப்பு நிகழ்வுகளில் இருக்காது. அந்த ஒரு நிலையிலும் அவர்கள் நமது குழுவில் ஒரு அங்கமாக ஐந்து நிகழ்வுகளில் கருதப்படுவர்.

இந்த இடைப்பட்ட காலத்தில் ஏதாவது அசுபம் நமது உறுப்பினருக்கு ஏற்பட்டாலும் நமது குழுவின் பொருளாதார உதவி அவருக்கு வழங்கப்படும். இதுவெல்லாம் ஒருபுறம் நடந்தாலும் உறுப்பினர் தனது கணக்கை சரிவர பராமரிக்க முயற்சி ஏதேனும் எடுக்காத பட்சத்தில், ஐந்து நிகழ்வுகள் முடிந்த உடனே அவரது அடிப்படை உறுப்பினர் தகுதியில் இருந்து விலக்கப்பட்டு அதனால் அவரது வாரிசுதார்ர்கள் குழுவின் பொருளாதார உதவி பெற முடியாது என அனைவரும் அறிந்து கொள்ள விரும்புகிறேன்.

உறுப்பினர்கள் மேலே கூறிய விபரங்களை மனதில் நிறுத்தி ஆவன செய்யுமாறு பணிவன்புடன் கேட்டு கொள்கிறேன்.

Dear friends,

I would like to share certain details with you all in the best interest and growth of this great noble group. I am indebted to you all for the amazing growth of our Association. We have just completed 6 years of service and continuing our journey in the seventh year now. Your matchless co-operation is the only reason for the massive continuous growth of our Association. Every one of you, either on your own or on receipt of information through our Admins, have been maintaining your occurrence fund by periodical top-up to maintain the availability of funds in your account as per our expectations. However, there are certain members, owing to some personal reasons, has not been maintaining their account properly resulting in nil balance in their account. Despite our repeated requests they fail to maintain their required balance in their account.

Dear friends,
it is my humble request to you all again and again. All of you together have been discharging great humanitarian social assistance to our society. Owing to certain temporary setbacks and things like that don’t discontinue the noble social responsibility please. Please understand that in case there is nil balance in your account, you will not be able to contribute to any occurrence. Even at this stage we continue to consider that member as a part of this association for five occurrences.

In case of an unfortunate event to that member during this lean period, we will extend the financial assistance to the nominee. It is expected that during this period, the defaulting member will set right his account for the availability of balance in his account to our expectations. In case, the member found to be not taking any steps to set right his occurrence fund balance, his name Will be removed from the primary membership of our Association thereby the member’s nominee become not eligible for financial assistance from the association. Members are kindly requested to bear all the above in their minds and continue with their activities.

ALREA-GRATITUDE is a non-profit service organisation formed by a team of retired executives Ashok Leyland, a leading automobile major in India and across the globe.

ALREA-GRATITUDE is an intiative by Mr.C.Devadoss and Dr.S.Kanthaswamy Pillai, and other like minded veterans of Ashok Leyland, with a view to support the bereaved family of a deceased AL Executive, to do the final rites peacefully by providing some financial support by the members of the association.

ALREA-GRATITUDE is well supported by patronage of executives of Hinduja Group through their generous contribution, who are willing to be part of the noble cause.

ALREA-GRATITUDE was intially started with retired executives and now being generously supported by the working executives of Hinduja group who volunteered to be part of the excellent mission.
